Installation at Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain)

At EDIBON, we continue to promote technical education and research at an international level. Recently, we completed a new installation at the Department of Materials and Process Engineering of the Institute of Mechanics, Materials, and Civil Engineering (IMMC) at the Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in Belgium.

This collaboration enables the university to rely on advanced equipment for the development of experimental training and research projects in key areas such as chemical engineering, energy, and the environment.

Within the Chemical Engineering area, the Computer Controlled Liquid Mass Transfer and Diffusion Unit (QDTLC) and the Computer Controlled Gaseous Mass Transfer and Diffusion Unit (QDTGC) have been installed. Both units are designed for the precise study of mass transfer and diffusion phenomena in liquid and gaseous phases.

The installation is completed with equipment from the Engineering and Environment area, including the Computer Controlled Photovoltaic Solar Energy Unit (EESFC), the Computer Controlled PEM Fuel Cell Unit (EC5C), and the Computer Controlled Water Treatment Plant 1 (PPTAC/1), focused on the study of renewable energy, clean technologies, and water treatment.

At EDIBON, we would like to thank UCLouvain for the trust placed in our solutions, reaffirming our commitment to practical, innovative training aligned with today’s engineering challenges.
