For decades, we’ve been dedicated to research, innovation, and the practical application of technological solutions for both education and industry. The result of this ongoing effort is our smart building: a 40,000 m² space where research, development, production, and sustainability coexist under one roof.
40,000 m² Dedicated to Technology and Training
Our facilities are designed to serve a dual purpose: to create and to educate. Over 80% of the total space is dedicated to training laboratories and the manufacturing of advanced educational equipment, which are then used by universities, vocational training centers, and industrial institutions worldwide.
We also maintain a 4,000 m² area exclusively for stock management. This allows us to operate an efficient logistics system and guarantee immediate shipping—essential when working on international projects with tight delivery schedules.
A 100% Smart Building
One of our greatest achievements has been the complete automation of our facilities through a Building Management System (BMS) developed with KNX technology. This turns our entire building into an intelligent system.
This centralized BMS integrates control over lighting, climate, security, energy management, and solar energy optimization. Automating these systems not only ensures more efficient resource use but also provides a comfortable, safe, and technologically advanced work environment.
Thanks to our in-house R&D and control systems expertise, the building autonomously adapts to changing environmental conditions. It adjusts natural lighting, regulates indoor temperature, activates safety protocols, and optimizes energy use in real time.
Geothermal and Photovoltaic: 100% Renewable Energy
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond words. We’ve integrated a hybrid renewable energy system that combines geothermal technology with photovoltaic panels. This setup allows us to meet all of our energy needs without relying on the external power grid.
Geothermal energy leverages the earth’s constant underground temperature to efficiently heat and cool the building throughout the year. Meanwhile, our solar panels generate electricity year-round, even under low sunlight conditions. Together, these systems provide a clean, continuous, and stable energy supply.
Engineering Design Focused on Efficiency
Every aspect of our facilities has been carefully planned based on energy efficiency and sustainability principles. We’ve incorporated natural lighting systems using solar tubes, which channel daylight into the building to reduce reliance on artificial lighting during the day.
Climate control is handled through an advanced radiant floor cooling system, which distributes temperature more evenly and efficiently than conventional HVAC systems. This is complemented by a continuous air quality monitoring and CO ₂ management system, ensuring a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
All these systems are managed through the BMS, which collects and processes real-time data to fine-tune operations and achieve maximum performance with minimal consumption.
