Dentro de esta \u00e1rea se abordan retos como el estudio de la influencia de los <strong>\u201cBlack-Out\u201d<\/strong> en los sistemas el\u00e9ctricos de potencia y c\u00f3mo se lleva a cabo la reposici\u00f3n del suministro el\u00e9ctrico. Para ello, se recomienda la arquitectura PXI Real-Time y un m\u00f3dulo de adquisici\u00f3n de alto rendimiento, PXIe-6341, en el dise\u00f1o de un sistema de control determinista mediante LabVIEW, que demuestra el procedimiento de la reposici\u00f3n del suministro el\u00e9ctrico sin que haya un paso por cero. El dispositivo PXIe-6341 tambi\u00e9n sirve para desarrollos de lazos de control en tiempo real, aplicables en grupos de generaci\u00f3n diesel (Figura 3), para lograr un comportamiento estable en la velocidad del motor, la tensi\u00f3n del generador s\u00edncrono y realizar maniobras de sincronizaci\u00f3n con la red. En el \u00e1rea de M\u00e1quinas El\u00e9ctricas y Construcciones Electromec\u00e1nicas se encuentran aplicaciones enfocadas en los aspectos constructivos y al estudio del comportamiento est\u00e1tico y din\u00e1mico de los motores de corriente alterna y de corriente continua, adem\u00e1s de en transformadores monof\u00e1sicos y trif\u00e1sicos. Todo esto se lleva a cabo gracias al software de Control y Adquisici\u00f3n de Datos SCADA desarrollado con la herramienta LabVIEW en combinaci\u00f3n con dispositivos de adquisici\u00f3n de datos multifuci\u00f3n de alta velocidad, como es la PCIe 6251, que permite la obtenci\u00f3n de curvas caracter\u00edsticas de par-velocidad, curva de rendimiento de la m\u00e1quina, ensayos de vac\u00edo y en carga. Adem\u00e1s proporciona informes con los par\u00e1metros el\u00e9ctricos de las m\u00e1quinas el\u00e9ctricas mediante los mismos procedimientos llevados a cabo en bancos de ensayo industriales reales. Dicho software se proporciona con el c\u00f3digo abierto bajo el ELK que incorpora una licencia de LabVIEW para que los usuarios puedan aprender dicho lenguaje, adem\u00e1s de crear sus propias aplicaciones y profundizar en las \u00e1reas de estudio (Figura 4).        <\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: inherit;
