Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette technologie, les d\u00e9chets sont transform\u00e9s en : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cellulose de haute puret\u00e9<\/strong>, utilis\u00e9e dans le papier, le textile, les sucres et les biocarburants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lignine de haute puret\u00e9<\/strong>, employ\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9sines, les mat\u00e9riaux isolants ou comme alternative au graphite dans les batteries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Furfural<\/strong>, un compos\u00e9 chimique cl\u00e9 pour la fabrication de plastiques, de r\u00e9sines et d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux industriels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le processus utilise la gamma-valerolactone (GVL), un solvant vert quasiment enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9, r\u00e9duisant l\u2019impact environnemental tout en garantissant la faisabilit\u00e9 technique et \u00e9conomique du proc\u00e9d\u00e9. L\u2019usine pourra traiter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux tonnes de biomasse par an, avec une production estim\u00e9e de 500 \u00e0 1 000 kg de cellulose, 200 \u00e0 500 kg de lignine et 100 \u00e0 300 kg de furfural. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5ccbf8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5ccbf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Collaboration et remerciements au CSIC<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-417e05a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"417e05a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Chez EDIBON, nous tenons \u00e0 remercier le CSIC pour la confiance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 nos installations pour la r\u00e9alisation de ce projet innovant.
