One of our most recent installations took place at Politeknik Negeri Batam, in Indonesia, where we successfully implemented our <span style=\"color: #027cb0;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #027cb0;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.edibon.com\/es\/central-termica-de-vapor-de-1-5-kw-controlada-desde-computador-pc-y-pantalla-tactil\">Computer Controlled and Touch Screen 1.5 kW Steam Power Plant (TPTV\/1.5kW\/CTS).<\/a><\/strong><\/span>  <\/p>\n<p>This installation marks an important milestone in the modernization process of the institution\u2019s educational infrastructure, reflecting its strong commitment to technological innovation in order to strengthen students\u2019 practical training in the field of thermal energy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32e0a82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"32e0a82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">A comprehensive system for the study of power generation from steam<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41727a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"41727a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <span style=\"color: #027cb0;\"><strong>TPTV\/1.5kW\/CTS<\/strong><\/span> unit is a fully operational, educational-scale steam power plant, specifically designed to allow students to understand and practically experience the process of converting thermal energy into electrical energy. The system faithfully replicates the operation of a real thermal power plant on a laboratory scale. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1d64e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f1d64e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The unit enables simulation of the complete Rankine cycle and includes the main components of a thermal power plant: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A heat source (steam generator) that produces the steam required to initiate the system.<\/li>\n<li>A steam turbine coupled to a generator, where thermal energy is converted into mechanical energy and subsequently into electrical energy.<\/li>\n<li>A condensation system, responsible for cooling and condensing the steam, thereby completing the cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a539191 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a539191\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\r\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The entire system is equipped with computer control technology and an interactive touch screen, allowing users to monitor key process variables in real time (temperature, pressure, flow rate, generated power, etc.) and perform control operations and parameter adjustments with high precision. Politeknik Negeri Batam, one of Indonesia\u2019s leading technical institutions, has recognized the importance of providing students with access to advanced technologies that will prepare them for today&#8217;s demanding professional landscape\u2014particularly in critical sectors such as energy generation and management.  <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to this collaboration, students are now able to safely experiment with a complete electricity generation cycle, reinforcing their knowledge through real tests, simulations, and energy efficiency analyses.
